Lindbergh Insurance was founded with the fundamental belief that the insurance process should be easy, and we continually strive to make it quick and convenient to obtain coverage. Lindbergh is owned by RLI, a specialty property and casualty insurer that operates nationwide on both an admitted and excess lines basis. In 1958, RLI founder Gerald D. Stephens helped run a family-owned retail insurance agency. His experiences inspired him to establish RLI in 1965, a company that today offers a diverse portfolio focusing on niche and underserved insurance markets that require specialized expertise. Building on that success, Lindbergh Insurance was created to provide a superior alternative for purchasing insurance with the same, entrepreneurial spirit that built RLI.
